These are not their only fights, Namor beat or stalemated him on other occasions... two inconclusive fights in AvX (not including the versus issue) and like I mentioned earlier, Pineapple Thing encounter...
If Johnny's words about it being just him and Namor after Thing got punched weren't enough of a proof to you, then what about the statement on the following page? "All other countermeasures have failed (...)" - face it, Ben got beaten in that one.

Characters have evolved since then. They both have become more powerful, Namor got a black suit that keeps him hydrated, etc.
On average, Namor is more powerful out of the two, at least imo. Plenty of feats to back that up.
