I work in mysterious ways
That's ok Tassie - it's not your fault but it does present a problem now. You see, you were the one working on our potion and if that's not finished we're in big trouble and to be honest I'm kinda tired of Gryffindor's last minute attitude in general. For example, in the very first challenge - Eezy and I came up with a ton of sigs which was fine and it was on time but come the second one (the song) you kindly came up with a part of a song 🙂 and Uni had like 3 or 4 lol but when I came to see if whatever our final entry was in order to post it the next day (the deadline) I saw that nothing had really progressed, no one had come to a consensus on which to choose and so out of desperation I quickly cmae up with a theme and consolidated a great majority of what you two had written. But if I hadn't it seriously looked as if the deadline would come and go and nothing would be done. The same happened with Challenge 3 (the story) - Celestial had written a great start and Uni then wrote a very bloody ( 😉 ) scene which was then followed by lots of comments but no one really wanting or doing anything to help. No one wrote anything further and no one edited or gave any really helpful ideas - I had a couple and I had been scrawling them down at work in my spare time but when I came to add them I saw nothing had moved on and then it was literally the day of the deadline and again it looked even worse this time because some of the members had just stopped posting 😖 as the deadline neared and it seemed we were doomed so I stepped in again and not only added my bit I had been working on but also added a ton extra to make it fluid.
Now come this fourth challenge - there was so much trouble getting it set up and people were getting irritated and tired and so as prefect I did my best to bring it all together and get everyone to a consensus, then because time was really running out and people weren't really being all that helpful in their replies I formulate and finalised most of it myself. Then throughout it there has been a kind of 'lazy Gryff' attitude as well. I know with you personally it was not your fault at all, computers always have a way of breaking down at the worst times, but with the questions for example we have two left to answer and I've repeatedly asked if anyone can find them because I found one, Tigress found three and we can't find the rest but yet members have posted in here and not even mentioned them. The theory - Rogue was in charge of that and I wanted to help out a little but I really couldn't devote the time but I made up for it by seeing the challenge all the way through by keeping people informed, posting official notices, going over rules, answering questions and PM's and it was only very early this morning my time that Rogue actualyl got around to working properly on the theory. Tigree had come up with an idea too and he'd already shown both ideas to the members but that was it - they were ideas not theories and so he and I worked through it all this morning and I finally finalised it and posted it. I really hate to sound a complainer Tassie and I'm not directing this at you at all, I'm merely telling you what I think about the situation and I hope the others read this too. I really feel as Gryff has a tendency to leave things too late and then things get tricky and have to be urgently sorted out. I really want this to change, it's a bad habit especially for the House with the most active members.
and Eezy! Where are you! I feel like I've been doing the work for this challenge by myself! You are soooo doing the judging 😉 😛
