For having certain interests in media, maybe, but that doesn't usually imply intelligence, and even then I knew ****ing juggalos who were popular, as well as weaboos and gamers.
Glad I never went to one of you guys' shitty high schools.
Well nerd vs Jock isn't always the worst, though it is the stereotypical one.
There was this Bi kid in my year, came out at age 12 and was very.., open about his sexual experiences. Cocky as sin, real 4chan kinda guy, but he got alienated by everyone because of his orientation and the fact he was so open about it.
Only had a couple friends, probably my biggest regret is how I reacted to him, blanked him most of the time because he was kinda scary.
Probably the person I admired the most, looking back on it, since he really didn't give a flying **** who cared about his life. Those are the worst though, people bullied for actual life choices, which is the issue you really do see in the world today from what I gather.
He turned out great but there was a girl in the year above who killed herself from manic depression... High school was hard
There was however a huge divide between Jock and Nerd at my school, but I think it was the fact that the Jocks started partying at a young age and were shockingly sexually active from age 14-15, and that Seperated things more than bullying ever would
