Bitter?

Do Spurs fans literally have no sense of class?

Bringing out a £10 DVD of a 4-4 draw which you got back into via Arsenal's shortcomings than your own talent?

Literally removes any bitterness I could have had. In fact, it simply solidifies how superior Arsenal are, and how much Tottenham know it.

If I were you I'd be ashamed to be a fan.

It was a good game, if people are willing to pay the money, why not make it? Plus Arsenal ARE a better team than Tottenham atm, which is why when we win we are happy and when we snatch a dramatic draw we are proud... I really don't see what you're trying to achieve here.

anyway moving on:

"Liverpool"
- verb:
To gain success through luck rather than skill.
To scrape a win in the final minutes regardless of poor performance.

Examples:
"Dirk Kuyt just Liverpool'd Man City with his shin!"
"Steven Gerrard has the chance to Liverpool Portsmouth now with a penalty kick"
"Tottenham Hotspur have just Liverpool'd Liverpool!!"

Looky what we have here! Spurs are gonna win the league! Just like I predicted! Woooo!

Go Stoke! You beat the Choke(rs)!

Not something I'd buy, but Bentley's goal alone makes it worthwhile to some.

PS. Sorry to hear about Arsenal choking again.

I have absolutely nothing against Spurs fans like yourself being happy with that result, because you aren't really a tw*t, but I'll explain my frustration so you actually understand, because it honestly isn't just me being bitter. In fact, I'm sure you'll appreciate what I'm talking about.

Spurs fans have been a silent as the grave, but as soon as they snatch a point from Arsenal (Who are the better team in general), who brought the goals upon themselves more than anything, they come out of all corners to gloat at a team fourth in the league, while they still remain in the drop zone.

That's what I mean, people will pay money to sit at home and watch Spurs draw 4-4 with Arsenal. Spurs didn't play great, it was more Arsenal playing brilliantly and then making a has of two attacks. That, to me, is extremely sad.

It's embarassing for me, not because Arsenal didn't win, but for Spurs. Fans are entitled to be happy, but when you lose sight of how it came about and what it implies to literally put a DVD out every time you get a win over Arsenal, it's sad.

5-1, hadn't beat us in what...nine years? DVD comes out. 4-4, DVD. It's just a bit pathetic to me. I'm bitter because we should have won, not because it's Spurs. If it were Wolves I'd feel the same. It's not just because this 4-4 was a good game, it's because it was Arsenal. Is there a Chelsea DVD (I honestly don't know)?

It's the fact that Arsenal and Spurs now have a rivalry that is location only. The two sides could honestly not be any further apart in honours and ability, and acclaim. Yet the kind of fan who supports this DVD, rather than taking a shock good result with class, is the kind of fan I dislike. The kind of fan who is calling for Bentley to be nominated for goal of the decade, when it was essentially a hit-and-hope (That the keeper's off his line).

If Arsenal put out DVDs when they beat Spurs I'd be embarassed too.

That said, I'm glad they Liverpool'd Liverpool. Since that's how they've been getting their wins, it's fitting they got their first loss that way.

11months of the year Spurs fans get stick from every Arsenal fan they meet about how Spurs are shit, never gonna be as good as Arsenal and the rest of it... so when we snatch a point or get a win THAT's why it's a big deal, not because it's Arsenal particularly.

well, that's why I got so happy about it anyway, I get more joy from a rivalry stand-point when we beat West Ham.

Plus, Arsenal do have a 'greatest wins against Spurs' dvd.

I wouldn't mind if Spurs had a "Greatest wins against Arsenal." DVD.

The rivalry DOES exist, after all.

I just found it eternally comforting that far from making Arsenal look shit, the 5-1 win made me realise just how far ahead we are. Because it came with posters, and a DVD, and watches, and merchandise.

Now this. I just think it's embarassing. Like I said, I'm not the kind of Arsenal fan who would beat up a Spurs fan, I know a guy who has Spurs curtains for f*ck's sake, and everyone likes it when they beat their rivals. I just think, if you were doing well, then fine.

It's the fact that you were rock bottom and fans who were not even seen before, are seen now.

I live right near the Emirates - it was actually mental here after that Arsenal vs. Spurs match. There were people threatening to stab each other over a ****ing football match. All a bit silly, I think.

Those are people that don't love either club, they just hate the supporters.

If Arsenal thugs and Spurs thugs are gonna ruin shit by killing each other, good. Let them whittle themselves out.

I don't want them associated with a club I love.

Was Van Persie one of them? He's not a nice boy.

He was silly, but Spurs do have one of history's biggest ***** in their ranks, C*ntvid C*ntley

A shit act and not the kind of thing that should be taking place at Arsenal, but he's hardly a thug.

Only because he has silly hair. However, that goal he scored the other night redeems him somewhat.

Maybe not a full-grown thug, but definitely a pikey little schoolboy chav thug.

Well you have to give Spurs respect, clawing thier way out of the pit takes effort and moral. I can see them marching on back into the Eufa cup places, where they´ll join their "pals" Arsenal.

I'm going to quote that at the end of the season.

Fill your boots🙂

Do you actually believe it, though, or are you just being 'hilarious'?

yeah, all these results and talk about them falling out of the title race and everything is a little premature. sort of scary from a fans point of view when you consider how good they were last year but still premature.

they're still only six points off the top of the table, its really not that bad.

Yep, mind you my predictions are normally totally wrong so I woulnd´t worry about it. 😱

Loosing against Stoke, even with ten men should be worrying imo.

And I can see Spurs having a run now, there´s loads of games left so they could make the Eufa zone. Ok Liverpool weren´t that good the othe night, but Spurs did make some nice passing & attacking moves.

Spurs are shit.

You're shit. And you know you are.

(Could be a song. About you. And Arsehole's Chokers.)

Liverpool were lucky
