Belgium were bad, but they could defeat anyone if they play like that every game. My favourites would be:
Italy
Germany
Spain
France
Dark horses: England and Belgium
Usually, a team that plays bad in the first round goes far, so I think England and Belgium will step up and they may in fact play each other in the quarters. But this could also be Wales or Russia.
Germany and Italy look likely to meet in the quarters too.

They're closer to someone like Portugal, imo. Good players all around, but very few world-beaters.
