Now that I think about it, when I made this thread I didn't make it so well balanced. The X-men are actually too weak to go up against the JLA. The JLA is just to versatile for the X-Men to handle. It's actually really sad to say since I really like the X-Men....

Yeah that's true. JLA is just too good for the X-Men. The X-Men would be good enough to go up against the Avengers or the Fantastic Four.

Yeah I actually know a lot more about X-men than Justice League, but I'm not that up on the New X-men. I was just talking about the X-men in general, when you say New X-men, whose all on that team?

Justice League easily. X-men telepaths wont even have the time to focus their attack on a single JLA member, since the Flash, Supes and Wonder Woman, are faster than their thoughts, and could bring them all down on the spot. Even if they can attack the mind of any JL member, MM could protect them or attack the minds of the weaker X-men to attack their own telepaths.
About Phoenix.. well, I've always thought Marvel cosmic beings are just ridiculously overpowered, ya know: ridiculously super strong; ridiculous powerful minds , teleporting, super speed (many times the light speed), ridiculously durable, even magic, as semi gods.
Having a god on their side is the only way xmen could probably beat JLA.
