Wolverine has his healing factor, enhanced strength and nearly a centurys worth of martial arts training. None of them are matching him h2h for sh*t and none of them bar sorrow who at the time would be busy bootlicking for jean would have anything in their arsenal to take him out of the fight. These are just special ops with guns for christs sakes. Wolverine takes adamantium bullets from an AK and still keeps coming.
Cyclops as 1st stated in uncanny xmen 124 has a "unique inborn talent for spacial geometry" which according to marvel would allow him to be aware of all of the unit and to know just "exactly what firing angle will enable him to take them all with a single blast"
Beast with his superstrength, heightened durability and uncanny agility will be more than a match physically for any of the team.

It was recently revealed that Phoenix was the being that created Eternity and all the other abstract entities as it creates the multiverse. It is als the being that consumes it all in the natural scheme of things. As phoenix of the white crown she has access to the totality of the phoenixs powers. The phoenix force is the force of primal creation that is second only to TOAA in terms of power. (Uncanny Xmen 137) Jean as Phoenix of the white crown held the 616 universe in her hand and telekinetically recreated it and reversed his timeline to get rid of an undesirable future. Jean did this. Jean in the past has also held the multiverse together all of existence as it was coming apart at the seams and then stitched it back together under her own power.
