Bruce never fought in tournaments. Bruce diddnt even begin training in wing chun untill he was 14. It was bruces, understanding of the martial arts, philosophies, and training that makes him such a renowned martial artist. His wife still says, his family came second to his training and studies of the martial arts. At times she calims his thirst for fame was above his love for his family. Most of what you will hear about bruce lee is exagerated or just false. However, is understanding and ability to execute is what makes him a master of the martial arts.
Most times a martial artist who devotes their lives to their style of fighting will Always beat a boxer ( it is just because a martial art encompasses so much more knowledge than boxing. Not just knowledge of fighting, but knowledge of ones self . Before anyone gets on my case, i know boxing is a martial art, but i diddnt want to keep saying Karate.

How so? boxing revolves around rules. The only rules in martial arts are philosophical. A amster of wing chun can utilize their hands better than a boxer. Everything Ali knows, bruce knows ten fold. This is getting redundant.

Lee wasn't a fighter.Martial arist and fighters are two completely different things.Lee didn't have fights to utilize anything

I was merely trying to point out that boxers know half of what a person who studied wing chun knows. If any martial artist could execute their knowledge, it would be Bruce lee.
