And Black holes don't work in comics like they do for real. Nothing could escape from them (even superheroes) if it were for real. Lots of people have created black holes or survived them....Adam Warlock jumps to mind, who is versatile but not Sentry's physical equal.
Neither does picking up heavy objects or flying yet it still has some "vailidity" same with this really.

How do we even know that was a black hole? Deadato's art just made it look like the purple haze of doom.
Yeah let's find another name for his art then🙂

Digi, you think Surfer would honestly pose much of a threat to Genis? Genis stalemated King Thor perhaps even got the better of him and Surfer has a hard enough time handling regular Thor.
Forum myth. The "stalemate" consisted of taking one (extremely lazy) blow from KT, who didn't even consider him worth his time, then blasting him once. No real damage was done and their fight was interrupted.

But do you think Surfer would honestly pose a threat to Photon (who I think is a much stronger insane genis)
The incarnations of Genis are confusing as hell...I don't pretend to know them well. But what has he done that's even on Surfer's level? The KT "fight" was anything but, and shouldn't even be considered.
Surfer can destroy planets, transmute elements at will, absorb vast amounts of energy, attack at FLT speeds, and is consistently written at or above anyone that's under Thanos level.

Didn't Genis kill Entropy, who I heard was only somewhat weaker than his father (Eternity, I think) and with help he created a universe or something right? If he did that puts him above Surfer in my book.
Meh, you may be right....like I said, I'm not terribly familiar with the character. I normally just hear about the KT fight and "re-creating the universe" (which of course had a large set of circumstances surrounding it, and wasn't even hugely impressive).
{edit} Oh, that's what it was talking about...yeah, not so impressive.
In any case, Apollo v. Sentry....good times.

It really depends on how much sun Apollo's seen.He isn't like Superman - he doesn't have an average. If it's been a rainy week, he'll be MUCH less powerful than normal, it seems.
And he regularly sun-dips....
So...
Eh?
so if they would encounter eachother in space what would you think would happen?

Still depends. I dunno how the Sentry works, exactly, but I know that a fully charged Apollo is >>>>> average Apollo. Depends on how long they've been in space, and their proximity to the sun. 😬.
I know it's not really a satisfactory answer, but if you read the run of the Authority, you'd see that Apollo can vary a SHIT load based on his charge.
He can also deplete it almost IMMEDIATELY if need be....
