So Supes could fly far into space, then fly back at half the speed of light. A rock the size of a person at 80,000 mph would destroy a city.

im going to have to tell you again superman cannot destroy a planet, precrisis can, the guy juggled planets but your duke buddy the current superman cannot destroy a planet. do you know the size of the planet earth, imagine me throwing a pebble at great speed at a door, would the door burst open or would the rock just go thru the door, im thinking going thru the door. Superman will create a crater but nothing more. Just like when superman was fighting braniac doomsday and he jumped up in the clouds and punched superman back to earth. During the time he was falling it was stated that he was falling at mach speed and he went 35 ft under the ground, nothing more.

somebody i was arguing with yesterday said that superman would throw cannonball in the sun, thats why i brought that argument up.

well im glad i learned something new today, that superman can destoy a planet that is a couple of billion times his size. I hope gladiator dont get mad one day and wants to kill every being on the planet because earth is gone. I also learned that superman is above galactus and spectre because the guy can just bust a planet up in sec whereas it takes galactus time to do so.
