In recent comics, The T-bomb (a bomb that was powered by BB's voice) annihilated an entire fleet of ships and a few planets that were in the way when it detonated. It opened a rift in space and time that eventually destroyed the universe in the future.

She's blocked sonic shockwaves, a collective blast from multiple Olympians and "Skyfather" types, an attack from Nekron (Which broke her shield, but protected her from harm), Darkeid's Omega Beams...
The Bracelets are pieces of the Aegis, know for it's protective powers. I don't doubt they'll protect her from at least the worst effects of BB's scream, if it doesn't completely stop it.
But WW could always try dodging his scream, too. She's fast enough.
