24. On the set of ESB, David Prowse's spoken line in the revelation scene was, "Obi-Wan killed your father," to help ensure secrecy.

25. Lucas was orignally going to have our heroes travel to the Wookie world Kashyyyk in Return of the Jedi but decided against it as he wanted a primitive species and it would be inconcievable as Chewbacca is the pilot of a Spaceship. So he cut the Wookie in half and called it an Ewok.

26. R2-D2's name comes from the term REEL 2, DIALOG 2.

27. George Lucas was the first filmmaker to ask for and sucessfully retain the merchandising rights to his characters...creating an empire of toys, t-shirts, and other movie memorabilia.

"Uh . . . had a slight weapons malfunction. But, uh, everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you? Boring Conversation anyway"

Harrison made this up on the spot, deliberately not learning the scripted lines so as to sound spontaneous.
