~Oi! I missed a lot, but I think this should get me back to where everyone is.~
It had happened so fast that he couldn’t do anything. The girl, who was now gone from sight, had acted very peculiar before leaving. She had somewhat of a grin on her pale face, but after staring at Jin for a while, all of it collapsed. Turning and walking, the girl spouted a little “I don’t care speech”. Before he could ask where she had got the chain, which had grabbed his attention before she turned miserable, she was gone.
Slowly getting out of the dusty bed, Jin walked over to the door that had been, by the looks of it, picked open. From a distance, the teary eyed girl could be seen weeping in the sands, next to some kind of animal. Moments later, she began to hold her stomach, as if in some kind of excruciating pain. Not being able to see her face, Jin couldn’t decide if she needed help or not.
Walking over to the animal that was on the shore side, Jin saw that it was asleep. Before turning, something caught his eye. There was some kind of lettering inscribed into the sand. Although it was hard to make out, there was something about it that intrigued him and joggled his memory a bit. It must of have been that girl who wrote this. Now I need to ask her more questions than I had originally thought of.
Following after the crouched girl, Jin came to an abrupt stop. There was a sudden change in the atmosphere. A chill went down Jin’s spine. Slowly taking a few steps back, Jin prepared himself for combat.
The girl threw her head up, for some reason it looked more serious, more violent, more…terrifying. Before he could blink an eye, the girl was gone. Running out to where she was last standing, Jin began to look for any clues to her disappearance.
Walking straight, Jin began to notice splatters of a red liquid everywhere. Was this the direction of the girl? Was something after her or did she… Again, Jin stopped. He saw a shadowy figure run of into the distance. Tailing it, he began jumping from tree to tree. The shadow in front of him still gaining more and more speed, Jin began to fall behind.
After a few minutes of losing the trail, he began to hear something in the far off distance. It sounded like a battle, but there were more than two people there. Changing his pace, Jin began to move faster.
Reaching the destination, all Jin could see was a blood soaked field. From the tree top, he saw a boy helping another to the campsite, and a wolf, howling up at the sky. Looking around, Jin began to search for any other person that had been caught up in the catastrophe. Had that stupid girl wandered into this blood shed? Seeing a feint object behind some bushes, Jin jumped over next to it.
It was a body, too much covered in blood to actually identify who it was. The wounds had subsided, but the blood still covered the girls figure. After a minute of careful observation, Jin realized that the girl had no clothes on. Very peculiar, but truly embarrassing.
This isn’t the time to be shying away, help the girl. Unlike in the past, at least you can save this one. Saddened by his past thoughts, Jin crouched down and wrapped whatever clothing he had, around the girl. Picking her up, Jin noticed a shiny object on the girl’s neck. It’s her! Jin thought. But why come here? Jin remembered he had to get this girl into some shelter. The cabin this girl had brought me to should still be open, I better hurry, this girl is getting pretty heavy (😛).
Grasping onto the girls body as tightly as he could, Jin jumped on to a tree branch and quickly began to move onto others as the ones behind him started to sink towards the ground. Rushing towards the cabin, Jin couldn't look down at the girl even for a second. Almost slipping, Jin caught a glimpse of the girls face, and then regained his stepping. Still looking sad, huh?
~PS, Note to Kaiy: Haha! This time I got you my porky friend 😛, j/k j/k~
