Anaz raises an eyebrow.
"You seem curiously uninformed about things," he says.
"Ummm..." comes a voice from behind. One of the Cassilians approaches. "If perhaps I might explain... it seems the Jedi have arrived rather precipitously, General. We were drafting a statement to inform the Order of the... altered... situation."
"Master Jedi," speaks up Tiso, "this is First Minister Skorzeny of the Z'Har."
Skorzeny? He is this planet's leader! Though frankly, right now, you would never have guessed.
"Umm... Master Jedi... it is good of you to come... but you see, the situation is delicate... you see... heh... the silliest thing..."
He swallows.
"The Rebels have taken the Sanctuary."
"Well, then I dare say that you do need the Jedi, whether you have an army from Tasker's Crown or not!" Jelena says. "This is an awfully delicate situation!"
She shakes her head. "My apologies, First Minister. I am Jelena Bendu, Jedi Knight. It is just shocking to me that this should so suddenly occur. Your Senator seemed reluctant to tell us of this."
"Ah... my fault, I am afraid. We have decided it will be better for all concerned if the Galaxy was not suddenly hit with the news of the capture of the Sanctuary... it would be the most dreadful scandal and would cause much panic, perhaps making the situation impossible to handle. But you see, there is not really much you Jedi can DO about it now... which is why we have sought out the services of... umm... a professional..."
"Obviously by force," says Anaz. "They took it by force, I will take it back the same way."
"Ahh, yes, I do appreciate the harshness of the situation, but I feel I should point out that it has already come to force, and we didn't start it. Our centre of Government has been occupied by terrorists! I've been ejected, as has our entire ruling council! These are clearly extreme circumstances."

I'll put my hand on Jelena's shoulder, indicating that I would like to speak, and that she is becoming a bit impatient...
"Firstly, while the resort to violence seems nessasary, think of the consequences it might have on the allready endagered intellectual resources of this planet. Before we get into what we are going to do, could you please tell me what has allready happened, we have been terribly uninformed..."
(Lets get the whole picture first Jelena before we get into demands, and what were going to do about the Rebels....)

Following in suit with the team he thought once of sending the messeage then stayed his hand and followed the group, had it needed to be sent Roan would have done so, but the situation was not looking any better once talking to the first Minister.
Sirus stood quiet and listen to all, processing all the information, all though attentive to the conversation he stayed alert to his suroundings, keeping his Sense active, he didn't like how this situation was unfolding, should they take the temple back in force it could mean disaster and losing 1000's of years of knowledge and history, somthing that could not happen.
For now he would wait untill Roan gave him a sign other wise, hopping the situation didn't take a turn for the worst.
(Ush I know you like specifics that is why I am following up on my post, I want to use Sense to make sure know one gets the drop on us, I would like to use my Observation Skill to see how the people are acting now that we are here, I know you posted there state when we came in the room but has it changed, and I would like to use Scan on Kuylen and the First Minister see if theres anything there, I would like to know from any of these if they are lying or if there is somthing more to this hopfully find out what it is. Also I would like to use Scan on the Scardest looking fellow in the room perhapes his thoughts will betray him, after all he is scared which means he knows somthing we may not.)
(One more thing Ush i want to use EMPATHY on Kuylen and the First Minister and his council to see who likes or dislikes who)

That was ten years ago, Roan. Anaz must be in his 30s. It doesn't add up.
Sirius, Skorzeny- who is probably the scardest looking one- is just as worried now as he was earlier. No... more worried, he is not looking forwards to more argument on this point. He's terribly embarrassed.
Kuylen's a rock. He's dead certain about things.
Nearly everyone in the room is deferring to Kuylen. Oh... and... someone else, who you have not noticed yet.
"Well," says Skorzeny, "it's an unfortunately simple situation. Negotiations were abandoned a few days ago when... umm... the Rebels simply stormed the Sanctuary. We barely escaped. You asked who is in charge earlier... well, they are led by a Casillian named Volun, who is a very... 'difficult' man, I must say."
"And there need not be any endangerment to the 'intellectual resources' as you call them, Jedi," says Anaz. "I am perfectly well aware of the delicacy of the Sanctuary; more so than you, in fact."
