"The Rebel's demands are unacceptable and apparently unnegotioable," says Skorzeny.

"They are basically demanding the abolition of the Z'har," says Anaz.

"I see, for what reasons, do they have a political agenda?"

------------------
BTW how to adress Skorzeny?

Either Mr. or First Minister.

"Well, they must have! It's a simple power grab!" says Skorzeny.

"Hmm, okay...so what are your plans General Kuylen?"

"The Sanctuary is an ancient fortress and is well protected by a very sophisticated automated defence system that makes storming it very difficult.

"However, I have no intention of a direct assault. I shall site my heavy guns in the bluffs overlooking the Sanctuary and bombard the walls until they have been reduced to form a practical breach. My men will then be able to quickly storm that breach and secure the area. Not that that will be necessary, for once the walls are breached the rebels will surrender. Hence, there need be no great damage to the Sanctuary."

"You assume that they will just surrender? I thought this were political extremist"

-----------------------------------------
We should convince them to let us go there first...we should talk to the rebels....all we know aboot them we know from their opponents.

"But not suicidal fanatics. Their position of negotiation is based upon their occupation of the Sanctuary that the Cassilians themselves can do nothing about. Once they see their position is hopeless, they won't simply die for the sake of it."

"At what time do you want to start your plan?"

"As soon as my guns are in place. Right now there is a slight delay in the arrival of my artillery train."

Would you grant us some time to settle it peacefully?
-------------------------------------------------

Oh boy I hope Roan doesn'T mind

"This situation," comes another voice, from a man now approaching from the rear of the Cassilians, "cannot be solved by diplomatic means, not from the Jedi, nor anyone else. There is only one imperative here, and that is to take back the Sanctuary as fast as is possible, by any meansd necessary."

The man is old and wizened, walking on a stick.

"Um..." says Skorzeny, "Master Jedi, it is my great honour to present to you Miran, the Venerable Z'Har. He is the leader of the Z'Har, the oldest and wisest amongst us."

Spiridos people seem done discussing. Shall we move you on to your facility?

"I am honoured Master Miran ( I hope you can call him that), but we want to find the best solution. Our task is it to help you solvin this...situation and under no circumstances let anything harm the Sanctuary. We just want to make sure none of the Rebels would do something....unpredictable"

"I am the Venerable Miran," he says, sharply. He seems to speak in tones of constant contempt. "And do not pretend to know that you know more about the situation than I. The Rebels must be smashed. Quickly. The more time you give them, the greater the capacity for harm to the Sanctuary. Your prevarication will only make things worse."

I guess force tricks either won't work or would kind of spoil the situation for us.
----------------------------------------------

Forgive me my rudeness Venerable Miran, I am not accustomed to your customs.
Would maybe a small team that "takes care" of the Rebel Leader be a good idea?

"I have invited my former pupil Anaz to take care of any aggressive solution to the situation," says Miran. "I need no help from you. Your mission is neither helpful nor welcome."

I know Anaz is a very capable man Venerable Miran, and he will surely be able to end this situation, but we are here to help and we would like your permission to enter the sanctuary....as a Backup plan so to say.

Anaz intercedes.

"Not a good idea, Jedi," he says. "The Rebels are aiming the defences at anyone who gets within half a kilometre."

"Is there a way to communicate with them Venerable Miran?"

"Well," says Skorzeny, "there is a communication channel that we were using..."

"That will not be necessary," says Miran. "Any such meeting will only invite further delay. I will not countenance it."
