Ok, we've come to a kind of screeching halt.
So I'm calling in a solid brainstorming session.
We need an objective to work towards.
We need a solid, and truthful reason why it would be benificial to reopen negociations, that would lead somewhere.
We also want a reason why our way, (diplomacy) will be better than their way (simply attacking)
Ok Any and all Ideas are welcome.
Now, spill!

Sorry, I was going to advance you last night, Andro, but I am caught up for the next few weeks, as my sticky thread explains. Actually, it doesn't so much explain as repeat. Ah well!
Ok, Andro, you are going for it! Now, fact is, whilst this is a sophisticated planet with proper security systems, this IS a hospital, and not a military fortress, so to be honest, the odds aren;t that bad. However, the question is- what are you actually going to do? Even if you can steal the blood sample, you still need a plan as to how you will solve the issue.
(Gallagher, feel free to add in any input you can, this doesn't have to be a one-man job, even if Andro alone does the breaking and entering).
Now, the start-up for this is damn simple, Andro. You basically have a long corridor- in an area where clients aren't really meant to be- and the Doctor took the samples behind a simple door marked 'Staff Only'.
It couldn't be any simpler than that! So what is your approach and plan?
(It is, of course, because everyone is havng to plan that things slow somewhat. Fine by me! The manic combats are fun but I like more relaxed times also)

Roan, are you done with Anaz?
You may inform the Council of the change of situation, of course, and you can all contact Coruscant easily if you wish to make use of Mentors.
Gathering information is always important- don't forget to try and fill in the 'ignorance' list. As another hint, the easiest starting point into things is to consider that thing I keep trying to get you to work out- the biggest mystery about how the Rebels gained power. As a reminder, one problem is that they are meant to be a bunch of pacifists. But the bigger mystery is atill about the target they chose!
There are basically four people worth talking to on Cassilis (Tiso, for example, will talk but can't tell you much). They are Anaz, Skorzeny, the Venerable Z'Har, and Volun. Volun not available yet, obviously, but don't be afraid to talk to Mr. Venerable. In fact, he's the most available of all of them because he doesn't actually have any job that you can see.
The important thing is that your relationship with all these people depends on your diplomatic touch and who you are. All part of the essence of diplomacy!
All of them can help you find out the whole picture, which you badly need. Also note that none of them are going to try and kill you. The situation is set up so that YOU have all the power- you have an army to back anything you decide, if you want. Obviously you don't want to just force things but the point of the game is that you have the effective authority on this planet, so the course of things is in your hands.
Andro takes a quick look around to make sure that no one's attention is on him. He makes his way as quickly and quietly as possible down to the door marked 'Staff Only'.
(Andro will walk directly to the door, not looking at anything else, but using his SENSE skill all the way to try to get a heads up for approaching staff. Also, assuming he makes it to the door unaccosted, he'll use SENSE directly on the room to make sure it's empty before he enters.)
(Oh! I forgot the rest of the plan.) Once inside, Andro will quickly assess his options. Andro needs to know how the samples are stored, if it's just a scan readout, or actual blood first of all.
If it's blood, he'll attempt to dilute the Jedi samples with other available blood, hopefully he can find matching blood types.(However that works in the multi-species Star Wars universe) If it's some kind of scanning technology, Andro will simply use FIX-IT to alter the scan records to erase the midichlorian count, or just lower it to a normal level, if most beings actually have midichlorians.
Those are my ideas so far, I guess Andro needs to find out more about the room first, and how the samples are stored.
Ok, Spiridos crowd- hack the results rather than nobbling the samples, a capital idea. However, it requires a Fix-It roll. Yup, I know, I ain't making this easier!
Sensible plan there, Andro. Sense roll shows all clear behind the door for life forms, though you are pretty sure there is something of note in there (your Force sense not being the most focussed of implements, it is hard to be more precise than that).
Door is locked, is your first problem, but not in any super-hard way, and a quick Intrusion roll soon takes care of that.
This room actually goes on a VERY long way, Andro. And it is full of small conveyor belts along which there are hundreds and hundreds of samples! Seems like the medical equivalent of a city gets processed in here.
At intervals on these lines, medical droids look at the samples and analyse them. These droids have no mobility- they have head, arms and torso, and that torso is built into the infrastructure of the room.
At this point, it is the actual blood samples on display, though finding your one is probably step one. To reasonably interfere with the samples is a Medicine roll.

Bardock, the Venerable Z'Har will speak to you if need be- or more likely, simply tolerate your presence as you throw questions at him.
-
"One way or another," says Anaz, "you are going to have to come to the inevitable conclusion in the end, Master Jedi. If words could settle the matter it would have been done. The sooner you tell me to send in the troops, the better."
Andro quetly enters the lab and looks around. He is a little dismayed at the size of the facility, and therefore the task ahead of him. His first task would be to lacate his and Gallagher's samples. He scanned the room for a computer terminal, hoping it would give him a clue where to begin.
(Andro plans to locate the samples, and if they aren't scanned, wait 'till they are, then alter the results as previously discussed. His FIX-IT may be low, but he has no medicine skill at all.)
Ok, Observation roll... +5! Handy.
No computer terminals that you can see, so you have to move along working out the logic of where the vials are placed, by date and purpose. The vials you want are still on a slow conveyor before processing. However, you have at this point, due to an inadequate Intrusion roll, been spotted by one of the legless droids.
"Hey," he says, "can I help you?"
(Great. This is what i get for poking fun at the Darksiders, isn't it? nopity)
"Yes, I'm looking for some blood samples, can you help me?" Andro replies to the droid. He's no good at lying, even to droids. Hopefully he won't have to tell too much of the truth. And hopefully these units don't have any loyalty programming.
