Afteter their blood samples are taken to be tested, Andro leans close to Gallagher. (Assuming noone is within earshot.) Without losing the big grin he'd been wearing since being informed of his nearly perfecxt physical condition he whispers, "What are we going to do about thise samples. I'm no good at reprogramming droids. If they report finding our 'little friends' we're sunk."
(Gallagher, where are you? I'm only comming up with bad ideas here, and I'm fast running out of those. I don't think we can just hope for the best here. Ush paints it as a top notch facility, they can't miss something like a high MCC (midichlorian count, made that up myself 😄 ) We can't confess to anyone, we can't use the force, the only thing left is to tamper with the evidence, but how?)
Andro continues, "You know, I actually can't believe that the Council didn't think of the possibility of a blood test, and have a solution for us already. Hhmmm..."
(If Gallager doesn't post by the time you want to move on Ush, Andro will take the initiative and try to follow after the samples. Perhaps an opportunity will present itself. He just wants to see where they are taken for now, doesn't want to try to barge in immediately.)

(I THINK that timetable's right, I'm gonna have to make up a timeline for these games..)
It shouldn't be that hard! It is, as I often remind people, four years since the first game.
"I just explained that," says Anaz. "It makes no difference as to whether you met him or not. Legally speaking he was declared dead just after birth."
Meanwhile, I assume Sirius is going to ask Skorzeny to open negotiations again, yes? That needs work- for what reason, and on what terms?

Frankly, Andro, the WORST person for covert work like that is in fact Gallagher so he'd be unlikely to be much help! That you are lacking someone specifically suited to a task like this is just one of those things- a mission gets the players it gets.
The Council almost certainly did think of it. Players have a dreadful habit of expecting the Council to hold their hands; this is your mission, not theirs; they got you in, maintaining your cover is your job!
(I was just wanting his input, ideas. In absence of that, I'll go ahead with my last idea. Andro will try to see where the samples are being taken.)
"Wait here with Zaland, Scroop." Andro whispers. "I'll take care of this."
Andro follows along the same path their blood samples were taken, trying to find out where they will be processed. He intends to find a way to alter the results once the droids are finished with them.
Ok, what I mean is- negotiations have apparently failed. You want them to open again. What reason does Skorzeny give? They won't come just because he asks nicely. The arrival of the Jedi might interest them, but on what terms are you presenting that? You can't just say "because Jedi are now involved, you must negotiate again." Life's not that simple!
You might of course want to say "because the Jedi want to hear your side of the argument and might try and negotiate in your favour." But saying that to Skorzeny would be an own goal.
So your opening diplomatic sally is to get new terms for negotiation that both sides can agree on. Once you have an opening reason you can spin things out from there.

Ok, in that case, Mirani has taken your blood samples. At this point, you guys are free to operate. Mirani is heading to a staff only area to drop off the samples, and simply following him would look damn odd.
Your schedule does not start until the morning. Luckily, bureaucracy is an issue here, and what with the various forms that need to be checked and counter-check, you have until tomorrow to sort out the blood samples; it is now evening. You can also wander around and take a look at stuff, or make use of your nursess or whatever you like!
Andro, your low Agility score is a real handicap here. Your Intrusion score, to try and sneak into that area, is dangerously low. Do you wish to try it?
(I think I'd better, but I'll wait until early morning. Yeah I know my skill is low, but as you said, the mission get who the mission gets. Hopefully, the staffing will be low overnight, increasing my chance of success. I cannot think of another way around the blood sample problem. If I'm caught, I'll try something like 'I got lost' or 'was curious about the technology'.)
"Well gentlemen, what should we do now. Since we have until morning what say we have a look around the facilities a little before turning in for the night?" Andro suggests to Gallagher and Zaland. He leans closer to Gallagher, and in a low voice.
"I'm going to try to get to those samples in the middle of the night; hopefully not many folks will be around. I don't think switching them is a good idea. If someone else unexpectedly tests out to be force sensitive, the whole process will turn out suspect, and we'll likely have to go through this all again. If I can I'll just alter the files, but I won't be sure what's best until I'm in. Any suggestions before I go?"
"Well now, that is very simple," says Anaz. "On my world, it is not legally possible for a member of the Boyar to be a Jedi."
And you sense from him, Roan, at the moment he says Jedi, a slight tone of contempt? Or maybe disrespect.
"Aware of our obligations to the Republic in this matter," he says, "the matter was long ago resolved by the decision that any child of the Boyar who is to become a member of the Jedi Order is simply declared dead at birth, and to all intens and purposes, ignored.
"So you see, Master Jedi, I really have no connection to my cousin. For me, and all of us, he died the day he was born. Had he not been a Jedi, he would be Voivode now. But he is not, and I am. As I said when I first met you... dead men do not lead armies."
