USH'S STAR WARS GAME- CAMPAIGN II EPISODE III (JEDI)- Revelations

No, not now, when the Rebels took the Sanctuary. The Z'Har were never meant to have to fight themselves, were they?

*smacks forehead*

The auto-defenses!

A-ha!

"Venerable Z'har...why were the auto-defenses unable to stop the Rebels?"

"Hah!" he says. "For the simplest of all reasons. The Ruling Council decided not to turn them on. Idiots, all of them."

VADER: You are unwise to lower your defenses!

---

"What?! Why?"

"Because they are spineless. And all this is the result."

That's just ridiculous! Some of the wisest peope in the Galaxy forgetting to turn on their only source of defense?

Jelena feels that there is some foul play there.

He didn't say they forgot. He said they actively decided not to do it!

That's even more ridiculous.

"So they were in agreeament that they were not to activate their only line of defense, that would have kept the Rebels from taking the Sanctuary? Where did that come from?"

"I told you, they are spineless. If you want their side of the story I suggest you ask them. Skorzeny had the final authority there, after all."

Very nice Jelena!
Allright, Auto defences, not activated.
He said their spineless, thats BS, They had to have SOME intrest of self preservation.
I Think, (Now Im using some of my dream to fill in the pieces now) that either the Z'har or the Rebels found something that The Z'har didn't want exposed. so they let the Rebels capure the Sanctuary and now they want to attack it, so in the chaos they can destroy it. and pretend like it never existed.

Ask if it would be feasable to go and talk to the Rebels,
Then ask if the defences have been turned on.

Thank you, Roan! 🙂

I agree with you on that.

"Venerable Z'har, I must thank you for your time. The auto-defenses have been reactivated, yes?"

Talk to the Rebels- no. Until you re-start negotiations you will not have contact with them, so continue to think about that.

As for the defences now being on- very much so! The Rebels turned them on almost immediately.

"Thank you for your time, Venerable Z'har..."

Jelena bows slightly, then goes to find Skorzeny.

---

Here are my thoughts, after Roan supposed that there is something in the Sanctuary that is not that nice...

The Z'har probably knows, which is why he was griping that we were not needed when we arrived. I do not know if Kuylen knows...

no!
you messed it up!
I wanted you to ask in that order, so if he says we cannot go talk to them, but no the defences are not on...
then we know that there's an alternate reason why he doesn't want us there....

and we need to talk to Skorzeny

Ok. But beware of continuous flitting from person to person- like I say, each convo takes time, and badgering them over and over will worsen your relations- this being a diplomatic mission, such things are tracked, much as I might track ammo in a Matrix combat mission.

Basically, if you have anything else to ask Miran, this is a good time.

Meh, I don't think that would have changed anything, Roan.

Miran being the Venerable Z'har, yeah?

Yup.

Well, I cannot think of anything worth bugging Miran about currently.

Roan?
