USH'S STAR WARS GAME- CAMPAIGN II EPISODE III (JEDI)- Revelations

Ok, how do you want to sneak in? Past the rope and try and look small, or some other method?

I'm kinda confused as what I'm supposed to do...

Oh dear! That's not good news.

Keep experimenting with it.

(Well, Andro will search the computer for another way in. Floor plan or map or something like that, to see if there's a better way. Otherwise, he'll so it the same as the labs.)

On the public maps, there doesn't seem to be any other way up to that floor.

(Alright, I'll go past the ropes. Anything to do before tonight?)

It already is tonight!

Well, you find the roped-off area easily enough. It doesn't seem particularly secure... and soon you are headed upwards.

You seem to be in a long corridor with many doors. No immediate activity noticeable in the dark.

Andro crept up the stairs as quietly as he could manage. Keeping his senses open, he started down the corridor checking to see if any of the doors were unlocked. He went to the first door that he sensed no one behind and carefully tried to open it.

(Andro will use sense to find the first empty room in the corridor, then he'll try to get in. He'll repeat this process 'till he finds a room that seems like it might contain evidence. Looking for terminals and documents the Abbot or Varm might use, or anything overtly suspicious.)

Hmm, a problem here, Andro. The only rooms in which you can sense no-one inside are a couple of small coffee areas and the washrooms- it being at night, most of the delgation are in their rooms.

(Hmmm. I was afraid of something like that. I'll quietly and securely relay that info to Gallagher and see if he has any more bright ideas. 😛 )

Andro found no useful rooms that were unoccupied. Hiding in an empty washroom, he pulled out his comm, and hailed Gallagher on a secure channel.
"Psst. Scroop, everything but the snack area and the toilet is occupied up here. What do you want me to do?" he whispered into the mic, still using the code names in case someone snuck up on him.

I'll ask Sunda what he thinks...

He is wondering who the hell it belongs to.

"Volun clearly didn't know it was there. It doesn't seme like a farmer's tool, in any case."

You have to agree. In fact... you really have no idea where this came from.

In fact... Roan, you're not sure you understand the basics of its technology. It's beyond you. And so you WANT to say Techno-Union, some advanced project of theirs.

But somehow... you don't think so. Your Intuition says otherwise. And furthermore, you know Volun is decidedly against the activities of those like the Union (info from your contacts that is actually more useful than at first seemed).

Maybe, lacking the Intrusion score needed to sneak around in such a straightforward fashion, Andro, you may wish to adopt a more lateral approach to sneaking around these rooms. Walking down the corridor- not quite the way of the thief!

But if VOlun didn't know it was there....

Jelena looks on curiously.

"Do you think it could be something of Kuylen's?" Jelena asks, quietly.

Does it seem old, like it would have been on display? What is Jelena sensing of it?

It does not look at all old to you.

(So is there a window or something? Besides, how would I get around the fact that there are people sleeping in all the interesting rooms?)

Well, the rooms do have windows.

And without a good intrusion, then yes, it is impossible to actually mess around inside the rooms.

(Well, I'll regroup back in the rooms with Gallagher, then. We'll have to tink of something else, like comming back during the day if most or all of them are gone.)

Well, okidokey then. You may proceed to the new day. You have three scheduled fitness activities foe each day- none of any great importance- and recreational periods before and after each. So feel free to plan your activities accordingly, and remember not to neglect your mission!

(OK, I want to look for any events or other circumstances that may empty the Synod's area. Maybe if it's mostly empty, I can sneak in a window during the day. Maybe.)
