Ok, first of all, the situation in the warehouse. Osokans are three frames away from people at this point.

Meanwhile, Tanic, your Intrusion roll is successful, and you have emerged from hiding unseen.

Rianna and Xorn, you are being chased by eight Hunters and Captain D. They are not that fast, but they are relentless. Where are you going?

Xavier, you are clambering the big tree of doom. Local Dug milita have spotted you and are scrambling at speed along the branches to stop you. Your big problem is to do all this without anyone noticing what you are doing- which means you have to find a suitable decoy activity.

Back to the starport, I suppose.

So the big plan is to lead the Osokans back to the starport when everyone else is hauling the generator back there, yes?

Oh yeah.

How about to the marketplace area?

I dunno, anywhere where it'll keep them distracted from Xavier and the other group, really.

hwta about in a big circle? they are idiots after all, mayb esome fancy maneuvering to try an dlose them sound good?

"Let them make the first move," Galder says to the others, activating Sidestep. "Remember the tactic, Dak..."

(Dak, adding something to the tactic...if Rogan attacks one of us, Force Dodge)

Defend is my defense for this combat, unless I state otherwise, Ush.

Trusting Galder's expertise and using his own common sense, Rand allows the Osokans to close first.

Well, that suits them. Recalibrating the set-up though, as I see Gallador moved down the ones above jump down with surprising agility also.

Roan gestures forwards with his whio...

and immediately, the following happens, as you await events.

Five Hunters and a Captain each crowd in around Dak, Galder and Rand.

Just three each go towards Gallador and Takuan, Rogan moving with them.

Galder: 7/0/9 (Sidestep)

Rogan: ?/0/9

Ok, Rianna and Xorn, you are running like heck.

About a dozen Dug militamen are between you and the market, though.

(Cut them down, Rianna!)

Rand will use Strike on an Osokan, Defend for defense.

Galder will Spin on four Osokans, not including the Captain or the one that Rand is attacking.

"Follow my lead, Dak!"

Defend for defense.

A dozen, hmm? And they're mooks, I'm assuming.....

Snappy snappy! 😄

I'm not planning on killing all of them, just clearing enough out of the way for us to continue running, since we really don't want the Osokans catching up.

Good call.

You can't attack one Rand is attacking, Galder. You are surrounded.

Rand, +1 from you is a hit.

All of your targets take a Dodge, Galder. +2 is a hit, +2 is also a hit,, -1 is then caught in your foe's whip, and -3 goes nowhere.

Attacks back the other way then. Galder is left all clear. Dak avoids all the Hunters but +3 from a Captain is a hit.

A Captain rolls +5 on Rand as well, for a harsh hit.

And then a horrible +8 on Gallador gets him too.

Current situation: Frame 9

Warehouse floor

Rand: 11/12 (12)/6
Galder: 5/0/4 (Sidestep)
Takuan: 13/0/8
Dak: 9/9 (9)/8
Gallador: 12/13 (13)/8

Osokan Hunters x18: 0/8
Osokan Hunters x1: 22/7
Osokan Hunters x2: 22/7
Osokan Captain A: 3/0/8
Osokan Captain B: 3/0/8
Osokan Captain C: 3/0/8
Rogan: ?/0/9

I will allow a reaction to Rogan's attack rather than just processing it.

With a very powerful flick, he cracks his whip around in a huge arc- a Twin Attack attacking both Gallador and Takuan.

-

Problem here, Rianna. This is not an open cityway- you are making your way up a giant fallen trunk. The way ahead is narrow and easily blocked, and many of the Dugs are hanging from branches above from their legs, and fire down on you as you approach.

Gallador wil use Awe, than Strike on the nearest Osokan Hunter, Defend for Defense.

You may wish to re-specify there, Gallador.

Hmm, can I dodge Rogan`s attack?

Hmmmm...damn, that can be problematic.

Well, Defend for defense, straight off. I suppose I'll just snap attacks at whoever gets in the way?

Yes you can, Gallador.

Ok, so you want to plunge straight through, Rianna?
