Ok, if there were plans, I lost track of them. A reminder of your three-pronged objective at this point:

1. Get a shield generator. Which involves finding one, and then planning how to get it.

2. Get some spare parts, for bonus xp. Ditto as to above.

3. Getting the less convincing people out of the starport. Legal them out, break them out... whatever suits you!

So, let's hear some plans.

Maybe earlier. But I am afraid starting in-game places you at a disadvantage (because placing you in the advantageous position is unfair to those who role-played that out to get it), so it's a bit late to simply lie through now.

It's not a good situation for Intimidation- this is their patch and they have the power and authority.

Yes, worth noting that if it was Osokans (pigs) you were dealing with, Intimidate would most certainly not work! They would square up to you all the way, seeing the possible loss of life as a mere occupational hazard.

As it is, you are dealing with a. the bureaucracy of a Republican planet and b. some of the more Human faces of the Bureau (and like the Empire, all the upper ranks of the Bureau are Human).

Okay, now we should divide- Gallador will look for spare parts, pretending he is a merchant, Rand and Takuan could use Law skill and Takuan's Mind Tricks to get others out. Tanic might start looking for generator.

i don't know how extensively i can use mindtricks...i could try, but i'd rather see where rand's law gets us

You don't even have any mindtricks so you wouldn't be able to use them at all....

I think it best to see what Rand can do with the Law before resorting to mind tricks.

Yes there is is we hope that the people with better law skills or mind trick skills or a combination of both can help to get us out. We ourselves are here because we were unable to do that so how hopes lay with everyone else in the group. So let's hope that works out or we will be in a confined space with Rianna and Galder bad combination. 😛
