Rand's excuse for some of their less friendly incidents or sayings will be that they are in a time of mourning for lost friends, and things are a bit stretched.

Rand will say that they will take action by means of a court if they are split up, for the Bureau is breaking a Republic law known as the cultural respect law.

And instead of Rand, I would like to have Gallador telling this lie, since he is a better liar than me and equal with Tanic, but also possesses Subterfuge. 😄
