Why is this still going on. They made a scene in the wizard magazine called wolverine vs the world. They pitted wolverine against beings from dc and marvel and asked the writers who was going against wolverine who would win the battle. They pitted wolverine against thing and asked the fantastic four writer who would win the battle. He said that wolverine would crush thing due to his healing factor, martial arts, and adamantium claws. He ended it saying that wolverine wins this hands down.
Wolverine 9/10 and that due to wolverine being faster, able to circle around ben, slashing him up ,a waaaaaaaaaaaay better fighter, more agile, faster reflex, adamantium claws that could easily rip through ben, healing factor that can almost take anything ben can dish out. The only thing ben truly has on wolverine is strength but we have seen what good that is against wolverine, just ask hulk and wendigo. Wolverine has the ability to one shot thing. A bone clawed wolverine ripped half of things face off.
I agree with the fantastic four writer, wolverine wins this hands down.

I repeat my view that the Thing can take Wolverine 5/10 in a none PIS series of battles between the two. Logan isn't completely indestructable like Juggernaut. He can be hurt. Stories where thunderclaps don't harm him, considering his super hearing, are PIS. His main power is extremely quick healing/regeneration, NOT invulnerability. So in a story where he fights the Thing and the writer isn't hellbent on making Wolverine look as cool as he can, a thunderclap from Thing would disorientate him, enough for the Thing to move in and KO him. Logan's HF doesn't mean he can't be knocked out from a series of punches from Ben, it enables him to recover from them relatively quickly-as opposed to dying. I assume that he would regain consciousness fairly quickly but being knocked out would make it a win for the Thing. Of course Logan can win as well, as these days his claws can damage the most durable of bricks, and he has a speed and agilty advantage as well.
Anyway, now i've said all that i await abuse from the Wolverine fanboys
It PIS? why becuase you dislike it?
a Thunder clap would destroy Logans eardrum and they would heal instantly that is why it has zero impact on him
so your rest of the post is garbage since a thunder will not work on Logan as proven
That's what I don't get, a thunderclap will do more damage than a multiton punch from someone?
Hiss durability is related to him healing quickly, not from an enhanced structural capability.. other than his bones... but his vitals are not adamantium bonded vital organs... Yet he seems to be okay after taking hits that would splatter a human.

you're taking too scientific look at comics
guys like Spiderman take hits that should crack his skull like an eggshell, yet he only gets a bruise
its friggin comics

Originally posted by masterbruceSuperstrength and durability are intrinsicly realted... If you want to get all sciency then Spiderman would need an anhanced durability to be able to lift his strength level without his bones breaking. It's part of comic book physics.

You think "taking a shot that should crack his skull" is a good reference? How about "lifting an object that should smash all his boned into a fine powder over his head"... as I said Superstrength and durability are intrinsicly related, he has to be durable enough to be strong enough to do what he does.
Wolverine is not stated to have any extra durability other than his bones, how else would you explain him taking the shots he does?

No; It has more to do with the fact that Masterbruce goes past the point of opinion and into the realm of conviction... even when it's AGAINST MULTITUDES OF EVIDENCE.. And yet he'll keep repeating himself trying to pretend that he's correct.

Are they? Or did the thunderclaps burst his eardrums only to heal fractions of a second later thus making him appear virtually uneffected..?

Well clearly you're wrong on both counts.. evidence points to the notion that a thunderclap won't be that big a deal to Wolverine..
More evidence points to Thing being incapible of KOing Logan with few enough blows NOT to get stabbed...

Actually it does, as Logan's entire history would indicate.. It justdoesn't guarantee it indefinitely.

"these days" 😕
Even classic incarnations of Logan cut through Wendigo, Kierrok, and Sym... these days my ass.

So Spiderman takes hits that should kill him and he's okay.. that's fine it's comics...
Wolverine brushes off thunderclaps and brick shots and he's a PIS ridden character.. ?
😐
wonderful.
