Wolverine still in an enrage got back up and tried to finish ben off but I think jean showed up to stop the fight before it got out of hand. Ben would have died that day and he knew it. He had to wear a mask for some issues. If you see someone hacking at someones forcefield and is in a berserk rage, would you just walk over there to talk to him or would you be ready for a fight. Ben knew wolverine and knows a lot about his rages and claws. He was ready for an encounter.

Looks like it was you who got it all wrong bub... Sue was telling Logan to give it his best shot and she wasn't having any trouble at all, Logan sensed Ben coming towards him by Ben slamming him to the ground (I remembered it wrong too) 😮 Wolverine definitely looked to have his adamantium and not bone on panel. Ben was in no way was afraid for his life, in fact seconds after the slash he was joking with Sue about it. And the reason he wore the mask was for sometime was as much to do with the wound as it his embarrassment the he let the runt do that to him.
BTW this picture is most definitely canon.

Yeah, I was wrong and I admit that BUT in that story, if wolverine pressed his attack, ben would have died. Wolverine apologized to him and felt bad for ripping half of his face off. We have seen to many times that wolverine has the ability to penetrate bens hide. We have seen to many times that wolverine can take 100 class punches. We have seen to many times wolverines speed and agility. So how is ben winning this fight, I guess wolverine is going to lay there and let ben pound on him. Im thinking that since wolverine is faster, by far the best fighter, has adamantium claws and bones, with a supreme healing factor, is extremely agility and has super human reflexes and acute senses, that he can beat ben.
Whats your argument, ben is stronger then wolverine. If that was the case then wolverine would have lost to grey hulk when they were fighting in the woods. Wolverine would have lost to caliban. Wolverine would have lost to sasquash, wendigo, etc... Ben has nothing over wolverine to give him the edge but strength. There are so many ways that wolverine can trump ben that its rediculous.

to bad he's wrong just like you are. If you know both characters you'll know that wolverine would get the majority and should beat ben almost everytime but it seems like when your mind is made up, theres no changing it. How many one shot and ben falling to his knees does it take for you to understand that wolverine has a edge over him.

depends how weaken the healing factor is. It hasent shown to be that bad I mean he took explosion from close range and was rather fine.
also even if Logan could only take two hits from thing he still have the better chance of defeating thing then vice versa due to speed,agility and fighting skill.
I agree with you though prior to down grade logan takes this dam near every time.
