Logan faster, more skilled, far more experienced and training, more agile, better reflexes, can take more punches from Thing then Thing can take stabbs from him ect.

I believe it is because of the fact that that whole series "Enemy of the State" was absolutely horrible throughout. Story, art, inconsistencies in characters, just plain bad. One of the worst. IMO. I assume that most would agree.
