What is the basis for Wolvering being FAR more skilled than the Thing at h2h combat?

well i guess we should rework the tiers putting Thing above DD, Wolvie, T'challa and whatnot in h2h skills. 😬

Is the Champion a skilled MA? Is Gamora a skilled MA? Funny enough, these two are said to be some of the best in the Universe. Through narration and artistic depiction.. Thing acquitted himself very well in both situations.

how do you come to such a conclusion?

so have vastly superior experience, training and feats against legit top tiers does not make him superior to Ben in skill, I dont know what would.

Champion is all hype. he got his ass kick all the time. Trying to pretend Ben losing boxing match to a jobber like Champoin does not make him as skilled as wolverine 😆

aside from that boxing and Wrestling is things skillset doesnt mean he is superior in MA b/c of those two particular styles. he was a college wrestler not an Master Expert Ma'er.

and having heart and acknowledge by champion doesnt mean much either since he is a putz as well.

look at the list of ppl he has fought:

She hulk
Ben
Drax
Gladiator
i believe Warlock
refused to fight Hulk.

all in the ring and he used the power gem for half of them and limited everyone by boxing rules only.

Logan messed up Ben's face at one point.

But still even more recently Ben faced Hulk more fairly than Logan did.

I'll still give this to Logan. It sucks because these to literally love each other like brothers. Which is rare in comics.
