So last night/this morning sucked...

I babysat yesterday from 9:30am until 2am this morning. 3 kids most of the day, then it added to 5 kids later on. Fast forward through the chaos... When my uncle got home he was in a bad mood. He had gone on a date with his wife who he is seperated from, but trying to patch things up with. She decided to bring 2 of her buddies from work along and essentially had her date with them, and then she made my uncle pay for the whole thing. So he gets home and he's crying, I don't know exactly what to do, and then he goes on to say how he wished it was him who died instead of his daughter...what's a guy supposed to say to that? It was extremely uncomfortable.

I've been babysitting since 8 am, and I bribed Katie and Kevin to help me pick up the living room by telling them I'd get them McDonald's for lunch. I've never seen the living room get picked up so fast.

Damn.....😬 that's fecked up.I have been in the same situation as you when a family member just went through something you yourself can't relate too.I couldn't even think of words to say and like you said it felt very uncomfortable.

I do the same thing. 😛

I hardly, if ever, clean their house unless it was I who made the mess. Just a quick promise of McDonald's or even just a good snack, gets them to clean as fast as they can.
