I don't think it's been confirmed yet. I think someone questioned Stark on it and he said that Murdock is a complicated case..........

From what I understand Matt is not registered but Stark and Co are willing to look to look the other way cause of all the crap Matt has been through recently. That is once he agrees to confine his activities to Hell's Kitchen.

I've heard a few different things, and I don't follow Flash, so I'm not exactly sure at this point.

Ah I see. I was wondering why DD's been able to just operate freely in his comic so far. Which issue did Stark talk about Murdock?

Thats Jesse Quicks speed formula. When Wally was to say it, he gets an extra speed boost. He used it against Zoom to go from 0 to lightspeed instantly. Zoom was still whooping that ass.

I had the scans somewhere on my comp, but i cant find it. Dont know the issue #'s though.🙁
