Re: Surfer's Board

Every bio on the Surfer says his board is covered with the same silvery glaze as he is, but that it is made of an unknown substance.

Any theories out there on what the board is actually made of?

Stuff
Cosmic energy
Flesh

I liked it for the most part...

The things I didn't like were,

That version of SS, and how Gah Lak Tus made the beings on said worlds go crazy before it even got there. pwtf

Is it ever adressed in comics about how would characters with Invulnerability know if they had a disease or health condition, seeing as they wouldn't feel it?

As a rule in comics, being “invulnerable” usually grants some form of immunity to conventional diseases.

However, if a disease is potent enough to affect their complex physiology, they can feel it.

It was explained however that the Surfers were whipping everyone up into a suicidal frenzy, also the Surfers themselves are actually modeled on the REAL Silver Surfer whom has just appeared in Ult FF.

He stores Solar Energy in his cells.

Ok this question is gonna sound really stupid but is Daredevil = Matt Murdock or Matt Murdoch? I only ask because I'm sure I have seen it spelt both ways in his own title ✅

I've always assumed it was Murdock.......

My apologies if this has already been asked, but can someone explain trade paper backs to me? From my understanding they are entire story archs in one book? Also, how do they compare to comics, graphic novels, etc? Additional info such as how much they typically cost, where to buy, etc would be greatly appreciated.

Tradebacks are basically the entire arc of a certain comic in one or two books taken from the regular comics. For example, the "Hush" batman trade paperback is just a collection of the stories in the batman comics that were involved in that arc. TPBs usually come out a few months after the arc is over and normally cost 20-30 dollars. You can usually find them at any bookstore or comicbook store (where you can be a ***** and just sit there and read the entire thing without buying!).
