Marvel doesn't differentiate strength class beyond 100 tons. If you're 100-ton strength class, it means you lift that much or more. More could mean 101 or 10 million.
So any version of Magus is 100+. How much so remains up for debate, and you wouldn't get a definitive answer from anyone.
Original versions (afro Magus) was shown to be more powerful than Thanos. Not necessarily in strength but in total power. More recent Magus was shown to be a rough equivalent of Adam Warlock, who is a versatile High Herald type, though he lacks the raw power of the best in that tier (Kal, Surfer, Thor, etc.)

Eg, could the Martian Manhunter take out Superman by phasing through him? In general, how susceptible is Superman to this kind of power?
Hmm. Here's my take:
Phasing generally doesn't harm anyone, unless there's tech involved since phasers occasionally have the ability to scramble technology. J'onn could solidify part of himself in Kal, causing them both great pain (but presumably more pain to Supes since he could phase a hand into Kal's heart or something). Supes epic durability and decent healing means that it likely wouldn't kill him. But it would undoubtedly cause a lot of trauma, and possibly KO him. Simply floating through him, however, wouldn't do anything.
