Batman I think. Unless you count someone like Tangent SuperMan.

Yes, but Batman doesn't put as much money in heroics as Iron-man. To be honest I haven't heard if there is anyone richer than Iron-man in the MU.

Ultimate IM is the richest in Comics.... his suit cost 3 -5 billion to develop..one of those two he said... obviously the second is batman....cuz A. he has mostly been living off the enormous interest that his fortune generates, and B. just the R&D alone on his most mundane gadgets are hundreds of millions of dollars easily...he may develop the prototypes himslef but the seemingly unlimited shell companies he has to set up, and the tens of thousands of employees he has to have just to make a few parts and keep it all a secret has to be costly also

i think he intentionally doesn't want a suit, because he doesn't want to be like superman or the other heroes, he wants to be down in the trenches...

not saying he's richer than tony, but its very close imo...

Alright Batman according to some is the shite so here is a question Let say Batman and Superman got into it and Batman got punched in the jaw breaking very badly to where it would take multiple surgery's and wires to set it just right although he never regains full use of it ever again, and then he gets punched in the back so bad that it breaks it beyond repair could he still be an effective crime fighter or would he be scared for life in his mind to where he gives up being a heros and goes into seclusion not be able to deal with being crippled and beat ugly?
