Yes and No. Hell is a revolving door for her. I understand she's in the latest incarnation of the New Mutants, which features the original team, but I can't be sure as I'm not reading it.

Yes. Rumour has it he will be appearing soon amongst the Dark X-men. If that's true, presumably it will explain how he's back.

No.
yes.
Chilling.
Dead.
Everything Dan Abnett and Lanning have written over the past four years. And if you missed Annihaliation, A: Conquest, War of Kings, and aren't reading Nova and Guardians of the Galaxy, then you are tragically missing out.

Are they above skyfathers ?
Different. In their own realms, they're technically utterly omnipotent, but this is subject to change.
Agametto (and the rest of the Vishanti), Ikonn, Watomb, The Mothers of Pain, and the various others rarely show up outside of eighties and nineties Doctor Strange books. Generally when they're protrayed they range somewhere between Dormammu and Mephisto. Outside of his realm, Agametto is capable of taking out Galactus.

52 week 47 is when he undergoes the ritual, though the issues from Grant's Batman run are the relevant ones when it comes to understanding what happened there.
Thanks I thought I might have remembered it being somewhere during 52. Heres something interesting, in Batman #673 its Thogal but in 52 week 40 its spelled Thorgal whats up with that? Simple typo or typical Grant Morrison mess-with-your-head-in-ways-you-dont-even-understandness.

The word is correctly spelled "Thogal," so my guess is Morrison either a). spelled it wrong the first time and then corrected himself the second time, or b). had it right all the time, and editorial or the letterer messed it up in 52, and he fixed it for Batman.
So, I read Superman: Birthright awhile ago, sitting around in a Borders or something, and I just re-read it.
Anyone else checked it out? Man, that's the Superman I want to read about. Drinking with African tribal leaders, taking Lois out for Indian food, being a badass hipster. Mark Waid is the man
Okay, I doubt this is an answerable question.
Are Krypto's senses (hearing and smell) equivalent to an Earth dog's difference then a human? Is his sense of smell vastly greater than Superman's? Can he hear even more high-pitched noises then Superman can?
In "Blackest Night: Superman," Krypto hears our villain coming before Conner or Clark do. But I've never seen or heard that mentioned anywhere. It makes sense, though.

I was thinking the same thing when I read the issue. It may very well be that Krypto's senses are superior to Supes. Of course the proportions between a dog's sense and humans may not be the same as a Kryptonian's and a Kryptonian's dog, regardless of any enhancements under a yellow sun. 🙂
