Usually If you mean in terms of strength it is measured in how much they can lift, the highest being up to a 100 tons but many of the 100 ton characters like Thor claim to be able to lift much more.......

Flash can absorb, emit, and control kinetic energy to his will. That's actually the source of his powers since the Speed Force is comprised of all the kinetic energy in the multiverse.
As for Gambit, it's iffy since the exact energy signature of his kinetic attacks are unknown. Theoritically, Flash should be able to do so.

The Venom miniseries in the storyline called run. It happened at the very end of issue 8, wolverine found out to be still alive in issue 9. Interestingly enough, I don't think it was ever confirmed to be a Nuke, and also wolverine's trousers survived the blast 🙄
