I know the incident you're talking about. He was fighting Parasite, and Parasite had already drained most of his powers, and he tried wrapping him in a fence, but he easily broke out.

Ok, I have a question that I've been wanting to ask for a while: Was it actually said that Michael D and Lucifer M together would equal the Presence in power and everything else? I've heard this claim many times before, but I've never seen scans to back it up.

But if Lucifer and Michael together could be Presence's 'rough' equals, then doesn't that completely negate his omnipotence? I mean 1 plus 1 doesn't equal infinity, right?

^ It's up to the presence but the fact both Lucifer and Michael get played for fools more times than not means they aren't yet ready to take over.
