supes and Cap each held up a half of the total knowledge of the universe but that is an abstract feat not sure it counts for actual weight.
Thor lifted the midgard serpent it was large enough to encircle the globe. Hercules held up the firmament but that is also an abstract feat.
Thor also pushed against the combined gravitational weight of scores of planets.

blue can also subside the affects of rage and avarice as long as they are with in the range of the blue aura
