Ah, but how do you control the legs to move faster? How do you control a limb?
We understand via common knowledge how this is done, but can anyone really explain how you're able to manipulate our legs, and control the force behind each step, and somehow not mistake a leg for, say, an arm or a finger?
For fliers, it's probably no different then controlling any other voluntary function.

when you run, your brain is basically telling your legs and feet to start moving across the ground faster so that you, in turn, can move faster. but like i said, you still have a physical surface beneath you (the ground) which you keep pushing off of to increase your speed. when a flier wants to go faster, they have nothing solid around them that they can push off of to move faster. so how does it happen?
i understand it's a comic and things like this are moot, but i was just wondering if it has ever been described... cuz it really doesn't make sense.

What makes that feat even more impressive is that Vader was stated to be immensely holding back at the time, as to not show Palpatine what he was truly capable of - The Bounty Hunter Wars.
3.) If you take the narration at face value (which many don't), Darth Nihilus killed an entire planet's populace (billions of force sensitive beings) just by speaking - Star Wars Tales #24.
Those are the best ones I could think of.

one question though concerning #2. how do you know courscant and tatooine are "tens of thousands of lightyears" apart? does the comic say so?

As you can see, the planets are roughly half a galaxy apart. So "tens of thousands of light years" is pretty accurate, considering most galaxies are a few hundred thousand light years across. But like I mentioned before, the most impressive part of that feat isn't just that Vader was using his TK to force-choke Xizor across such gargantuan distances - it's that he was doing so while enormously holding back.
That feat makes Marvel/DC telekinetics like Nate Grey, God Cable, Maxima, Hector Hammond, Despero (etc, etc.) look like weak feebs.

Although would it be a telekinesis feat? Because the force can be used throughout (at least) the star wars galaxy. So shouldn't someone of a high enough caliber (Vader) be able to use a force power from very far away?
I mean if he has sight to him he knows how to use the force power and where....just doesn't seem that incredible impressive to me.

Maxima's homeplanet, Almerac, is 100 trillion lightyears away from Earth according to Adam Strange. While on Earth, she coordinated an astral battle with a task force of her psychic disciples to take down Brainwave II. Not a TK feat, but still.
