At the end of Sinestro War there was a sentient smallpox virus GL, so he'd probably be the smallest.
Originally posted by john allerdyceI can't really attest for current GLs, but before Johns came around (back when Lanterns were still cool), Tomar Re spoke of a Lantern called Dkrtzy RRR -- who was an abstract mathematical progression that was so minute in size that his presence could only be noticed by the Guardians. There is also Leezle, who, as Kfish said, is a sentient smallpox virus that has taken on the role of a Green Lantern. One of those would be the smallest, me thinks.

As for big Lanterns: Tomar Re also made mention of there being Lanterns far larger than Mogo -- however, he didn't give any further specification, so it's still safe to call Mogo the largest.

I may not have won the tourney, but I had some of the most fun.

^ They aren't regular humans. Their perceptions are enormously enhanced -- to the point that they can see objects/events moving WELL in excess of c.
😬
I get that their reaction times and all that are great, but if someone is moving faster than light, then they'd hit you before you saw it coming, whether you have super enhanced mega awesome perceptions or not.
Seems like one of those things where there'd be some bullshit explanation like Superman's invincibility aura, that's all.

Where this from?
Fallen Son: The Death of Captain America #4

Flash can thank his enhanced perceptions to the speed force -- Zoom can thank his to the 'accident' he had with the cosmic treadmill. No further extrapolation should be required.
