Why did Darkseid teleport batman back in time instead of just killing him?

because bruce was like a "time bomb"(haha see what i did there). As he traveled through time the omega energy built up more and more but once he finally got back to his right time the energy was suppose to release causing the end of the universe.

As you can probably tell Darksides end game didn't pan out lol.

alright thanks, i didn't know that

sans matter manipulation, exactly what level of power is required to damage captain america's shield?

^ Anyone Skyfather level and above can damage the shield.

A berserk King Thor dented it with a strike from Mjolnir--and on a separate occasion, slagged it with a burst of his eye-beams. And recently, The Serpent (Odin's brother) shattered it like a cheap piece of tissue paper.

Would you say people like DC Ares, Thanos, Darkseid (not PC/GDS) could damage it?

Pretty sure in that instance the shield was shattered as a feat of Cap's terrible, terrible dialogue.

Like a reverse Zatanna.

Through physical means? It's possible, I suppose--just not as likely imo.

Was unilord surfer merged with 616 surfer in an issue of starmasters?

^ The canonicity of the Unilord thing is arguable. As seen here:

Legit arguments can be made from both sides of the fence.

How Strong are Hawk and Dove, I know DC has no CL XYZ but most assume here that Supes is CL100 for example, so how strong would those two be and btw how would you rate Hawkman.

Oh and Hank Hall isn't related to Carter (Hawkman) or is he?

In which issue king thor killed both hulk and thing?
Edit: Nevermind, found it.

Which comic is this from (issue##)?

Person: Surge (X-Men)
Arc: Quest for Magik

^ It's from the cover of New X-Men #40:

Is there a definitive run on Incredible Hulk that is widely considered by most to be its most well written?

For me, Peter David's run on the Hulk, as long as it was, is THE definitive Hulk run. There are like 8 volumes released in tpb of it, too.

He started around the #330 mark, and I think his last one was... #470, I think?

but yeah, that run is the reason I'm a fan of Hulk in the first place. Well, that and Bill Bixby.

Because I'm too lazy to look... What has Aquaman's magical-water-hand done?

In what issue did Magneto augment Colossus' physiology?
