Superman face beings just like Gladiator (who got beaten by the Hulk) some even more powerful, Darksied, General Zod, Imperiex, Preus and more. 🙂

Probably not. Superman's heat vision will do some damage to Hulk, until he gets mad. When Hulk gets mad, it's almost impossible to knock him out, or even hurt him. If Hulk is pissed enough, he could crush Superman. Otherwise, he'd still give Superman a good fight, but he would lose. Superman would have to strategize against Hulk. Going blow for blow, he's toast.

Thor fights guys like Surtur and Fing Fang Foom, who destroy galaxies.

You'd be suprised how long Hulk can hold his breath. A speedblitz might work, depending on Hulk's state of mind. As I said before, throwing your opponent into space isn't winning a fight, it's avoiding one. Superman doesn't have what it takes to kill Hulk.
