IGHT, every one agree, that the ManSpiderCrap Movie was trash. 1. in part one, peters vioce as Spiderman was crap, the goblin costume was crap, the 15 Super spiders was very gay, and one escaped, so expect 15 or more new Spider people. Mary J was like gwen Stacy. Part 2 was even worse. Every one knows who he is. Oh yeah in part one, mary jane has Spider strength because she hung on that cable at the end then feell, and grabbed on to the cart thinga majig.

well said Pimp Master my man. 👆 I have been pointing out those facts to the man-spider fans forever but it just doesnt register with them that this movie was not at all loyal to the comic and betrayed everything about the comicbook though. 🙄 thats exactly why this movie was so horrible and poorly written.It seriously looked like it was written by some 5 year old.
Mr. Parker and I have had discussions about this and I agree with him. Man-Spider only applies to Sony's Spiderman. The original Spiderman from marvel is a scientist who builds and creates his own webbing. His superpowers came after the fact he was bitten by a radio active spider. Thus, the title is more fitting in the comics as Spiderman. But the version from Sony does no justice to the character. He is fully mutated (which I won't go on with this because is a whole different topic) and shoots his webbing from his organic body. That makes him a mutant. Whereas the Comic Book version clearly explained he was not a mutant when Spidey transformed himself into the Man-Spider saga in which he grows 4 arms.
How exactly are you not a mutant when you can crawl up walls and lift tanks over your head, and use spidersense, etc etc.
The movie added exactly one more organic ability to Spidermans repetoire, and for some reason everyone thinks it's pure insanity.
Anyway, he's called Spiderman because it sounds better. Also theres a presadent for it (Superman, Batman, IronMan, WonderWoman, etc etc).

Spider-Man's web-shooters are one of the character's most distinguishing traits. They are wrist mounted devices that fire a fibrous adhesive very similar to material spiders use to construct webs. Peter tends to have his stock of cartriges handy in case he runs out. The trigger rests high in the palm and requires two taps to activate, so Peter can't accidentally fire the shooter if he makes a fist or his hand hits the trigger. Whereas Sony's Man-Spider webbing comes from his wrist. Making the character resemble a mutant-like superhero. That makes Spiderman look less appealing. The appeal that Spiderman has in the comics is nearly lost when we see the movie. Is not the same...the character looks like he belongs in the X-men.
