Who actually believes that the Hulk can beat anyone because he can become stronger than them? I'm one of the few Hulk supporters on this board, and you'll never see me say or imply anything like that.
For the record, Savage Hulk is stronger than Juggy from the start. It doesn't take a long time for him to get stronger either. It takes mere moments for him to gain incalcuable levels of strength. Juggy knocking Hulk out is about as probable as Hulk breaking Juggy's arm.
Hulk gets far less credit than he deserves. He's one of the most underrated characters.

Any time someone gives a reason why the Silver Surfer would win a fight, someone whines "the Silver Surfer has too many fanboys," or "The Silver Surfer gets too much credit." I'm a big Surfer supporter. He doesn't get enough respect, and ever time he gets some he's getting too much.
