You cant help what thoughts come into your mind. The important thing is to not dwell on them. If you entertain the thoughts in your head then it becomes something more than uncontrollable. It becomes something thats glorifying your flesh and not Christ. The best thing to do is pray and ask God to give you strength and the willpower to push the thoughts out of your mind whenever they enter.

Another thing is dont watch or read things that are going to feed this lustfulness. Bad movies, suggestive books/music etc. Because you'll later dwell on these thoughts and it'll be even harder to give rid of it.

As far as Masturbating, its an extremely controversial subject between Christians. Alot of people say it isn't and alot of people do. I dont think you're ever going to get a for sure answer unless it's from God himself.
Just think about this, does masturbating glorify God or the carnality of your flesh?

I don't like religion, I have my own and I don't just know god exists, I have proof, but that's a secret-no offense. You can't help it even if you have someone cause there is always something exciting out there as long as you can see.
