It's a side effect of the characters I used, most of them being NPCs. Because of Katrina (the hurricane) some of the students were forced to flee because the school wanted to reduce costs to a minimum. My character is one of them.
Now, back to the story.
Kate: Master Hoff, I know how hard it is to keep up with the music. I demand that all New Orleans-issued students who are in secondary IV in music have access to remedials after class.
Katie: You have the Force, don't ya? I acknowledge not every student from Deathville High who went here don't have as much Force-abilities as we both have. I'd love to be in the Jedi Council. The Jedi by-laws forbids the Force training of people if they cause to disrupt their normal activities. What you're asking me can be done only to non-Force-users. You're a pretty good Force-user yourself, though not quite as good as Yvan here, the chairman of the Jedi Council.

There are two teacher NPCs in the Canadian school who have immense Force-powers (though not quite as good as are Yvan's, the Jedi Council chairman, who is also a student). Maybe in New Orleans there won't be any or if there are, they don't have as much Force-power as do Kate (my active character).

iight so force users are the students with powers right?
Katie: Just hope we'll do our best in the Plagiarism Women's World Cup, I would dislike getting through three years of night class (in order to complete the M.B.A.), make that my last year as a member of the German national team and not to make it to the Final Four (semifinals).
Kate: Is there any lightsaber team in that school?
Katie: I know you want to join. I know for sure that there is no other school in Canada who would have a lightsaber program. Shall there were world junior championships for lightsaber in a per-team basis, then we are pretty sure to represent Canada in it, even though we represent Germany in plagiarism.
Kate: I don't quite know which one is better to play: plagiarism or lightsaber?
Kate: We're still the best players of our Germany and yet, we play in foreign schools! I know Brazil has a player left to Canada, but she is in another school than ours.
Katie: It's decided! New Orleans, I go back! We're cheaters more than fighters, we favor non-violence.
Tara (Whitten, the healer) heard us behind a wall, so she wants to speak with Kate.
Tara: No way you can represent Germany!
Kate: My father is ambassador of Germany to the United States! I am born in Kiel, Germany, and therefore I have German citizenship!
