Hey guys,
I just joined a gym and I thought why not start a KMC gym, I like cardio the best it lets me get my stress out, how about everyone else. 😮

oh really, I just stated lifting weights tonight, I'm going to be feeling it

me to I am a wrestler and I have to lift weights this summer so I can be ready for the season.

oh really, i am trying to work the back of my arms,any suggestions

Bench Press for one. Then there is arm roles to.

Well, I dont really have any favorites... but i do upper alot. Tris, Pecs, Brachioradials, shoulders, biceps, abs, back, traps/lats.

ya there is a pool, there is a full track, anything you want,dont worry ems does not have to be here today

I can take down some one and pin them in under a min.
