I made some nachos last night. They kicked ass.

The most extravagant meal I know how to cook is shrimp gumbo. My dad taught me the recipe................HIS recipe, actually, and its to DIE for.

The weather is improving so I've been doing my fav kind of cooking lately: barbecue! And not the lame kind but the extravagant style; grill steamed vegetables, tuna-steaks, beef, gamba's and such

Thanksgiving turkey, mashed potatoes, cookies, pancakes.

Anything else, I'll need the recipe in front of my nose.
