Authentic as in...how it's been made for centuries. 😐

i can cook pot roast, steak, ribs, ham, fish, grilled cheese, pork chops, sauces, chillie, beans... almost anything you could ask 😄

Mc Donalds has hired the FBI to steal my hamburger recipe.

Right, and why do you think it's called General Tso? You know they didn't like the guy...

The dish was named after he was already dead, and he had nothing to do with it's creation. 😐

So glad you can take a joke 😐

A chicken dish, "General Tso's chicken" was apparently named after him, though the reasoning behind this, if it exists, has not yet been discovered. The dish is said to have originated in New York City.
is a sweet and spicy dish that is popularly served in American Chinese restaurants. The dish is unknown in China and indeed other lands home to the Chinese diaspora. It commonly consists of dark-meat tidbits of chicken, deep-fried then seasoned with ginger, garlic, sesame oil, scallions, and hot chili peppers, and often served with steamed broccoli. Tomato ketchup is sometimes included as part of the recipe.
