Seph is definitely not the most powerful guy in all the FF's... Ultimate Weapon from FF8, anyone? He's still damn huge though. In all seriousness, I'd call this a draw. 5 to 5. I still say Seph could take Akuma like 6/10, and same to Ryu against Cloud...
