The Tuffles were like those fruit soldier guys. Techonolgy advanced, holier then thou, and quite fragile.
The Saiyans ofcourse were strong, courageous, but dimwitted and barbaric.

Where as the tuffles were victims and just wanted everyone to live peacefuly, but come back in GT only to wreak havoc with "Baby" which might not have been thier fault but they never botherd to think of the reporcussions of thier technology. Also the few survivors are hungery, scared, rebels floating in space. What a life to live..
Just replace saiyans with conservatives and tuffles with liberals and fing-fang foom, it's all coming back to you..
