First off Snoop D-O-Double Dogbert, make sure her "love" isn't just the kind of love that exists between friends.

I've heard women tell guys they love them before, but only mean that they love them as a person, not Love them in a more than friends way.

If she truly loves you, then tell her to think about this and come to the best decision for herself, don't be greedy. If she chooses her BF it will hurt, that's for sure, but it's her choice.

No matter what though, this is going to change your friendship with her BF. You can still be friends but it will be awkward for you whether she chooses you or him.
