Thx...isnt that an ultimate storyline? the triangle i mean...
It is, and I think they pulled it off nicely. The extreme tension between Bobby and Kitty, and then Rogue shows up and Bobby just goes to her.
That issue where they go to Coney Island, when Gambit appears again, I loved the dialogue.
Bobby kisses Kitty, and she kisses back and Rogue comes out of the bathroom and she shouts,
"Kitty you got three seconds t' go intangible."

Bloody kids...
edit: Yeah i have that comic i think... t'was ok...
The comic has changed soooo much from the last time I picked it up, around Issue 1-10 or so. I really liked it in the beginning, because it set up a new Universe which was a bit more Ultimate-ized than Ultimate Spidey and it didn't mess with things we wanted to see; i.e. the movies created an AU for themselves, basically.
But then, everything is starting to mold into 616, VERY roughly. I mean, when we see Jean with Logan in the early issues, it's like "Now THAT's Ultimate." But she just ended up going back to Scott.
Otherwise, it's fine. I'm a bit bummed Emma wasn't a student, but it would have been nice having this posh kid around.

i read constantly up to around #45. it was good...
Psh, it was an example.
I for one would like to see Emma Frost in the movie. An old colleague of Xavier's comes in at his request to fill an open position at Xavier's Institute for Higher Learning...and she moves in on the unstable Scott. And then Jean returns. [Rougly, I'm just bantering.]
As opposed to "Hey cherie" to Rogue.
